Main Responsibility:
Daily TA Operation Administration:
1. Be responsible for PRF process:
a) Collect the personnel requisition from hiring managers;
b) Explain and coach the hiring manger to fill the PRF of Dept. part;
c) Identify the PRF information and fill the HR part;
d) Follow up the PRF approval process.
2. Be responsible for IEF process:
a) Collect the interview evaluation from TA;
b) Identify the IEF information and fill the necessary approval data;
c) Follow up the IEF approval process.
3. Be responsible for employee onboard process:
a) Prepare the employment contract and other related documents;
b) Complete the onboard process for newcomers;
c) Register the staff information correctly and hand over to C&B team timely.
4. Maintain the related HR reports correctly and timely.
5. Other project support or assignments by the management.
Main Competency Required:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 5+ years working experience in HR area or generalist experience in MNC environment
3. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detailed oriented, result oriented, quick learner and team player. Being customer focus, confident and self-motivated
4. Good communication in both English and Chinese
5. Good Excel skills is a plus
6. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and be able to work under pressure
