Key objectives:

1. Implementation of training program.

2. Assist Training Supervisor on set up training system and orientation training.





Duties and responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of training program.

2. Assist Training Supervisor on setup training system and knowledge center. Build up database of training, testing and etc..

3. Assist Training Supervisor on setup and deliver the orientation training to new hires and refresh training to senior operators.

4. Be responsible to organize training relevant activities.

5. Monitor or deliver daily trainings.

6. Identify and deep dive the operators’ issues and deliver the training and follow up the actions accordingly.

2. Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure.

4. Fluent spoken and written English;
